I had an appointment at 4:00 pm and the Technician checked us in right away, and said that they would start on my car shortly and had us go to the waiting room. The service was completed in about an hour and 20 minutes and we were on our way.

Timely- great service
The service department was thorough in finding why the check engine light was on, which happened to be a defective turbo. They also found an A/C line that was leaking and offered to fix it as well.

Great communication, ease of business. Suggesting some sort of message when calling. I called and just heard music. Did I call Sud Dillon? Was someone there & just on another call? I thought it was odd. Each of my calls went straight to music rather than “Thank you for calling Sid Dillon. We’ll be with you shortly.” Someone from the office would answer and then transfer me. However, I hung up once unsure I was calling correct place.
Clean, open, friendly, approachable staff, made eye contact, efficient, gave clear information, professional and caring.
They always do a great job and don't attempt to upsell. Just present the issues in a fair and honest way.
Brandy always takes care of me. She communicates really well and makes sure I have what I need.

I had two very different experiences during this purchase.
First, I want to recognize Tyler Fisher. Working with Tyler was wonderful, and Isaac was also very helpful throughout the process. Tyler found my daughter an amazing little car that fit her budget perfectly. I know it wasn't a $50,000 vehicle, but it was her very first major purchase, and that made it a huge milestone for her. My son recommended I work with Sid Dillon at Fremont. I'd been a regular customer at SD in Lincoln. I had a great experience in Fremont--felt more like the Lincoln store used to. Steve Fastenau was my salesperson/guide. So very helpful and friendly, as were the others who he introduced me to. He went over items on my car very thoroughly and encouraged me to contact him/them with any other questions that might come up. I would highly recommend this location.

We have bought 2 very nice used vehicles from them. A 2019 GMC Sierra in March of 2022, and most recently a 2023 Buick Enclave. Drove 4 hours one way each time. Spoke to them on the phone about the vehicles and they were exactly as they described. All of the staff from the salesman to the guy that wraps up the paperwork were very friendly, not pushy. All were professional!! Would highly recommend them. Will always look there first when it's time to purchase again!!!

Lincoln dealership has always been great to work with. They are always concerned if I have any issues with my vehicle.
Service manager unwilling to listen to me about service needed. Cost me $185 for 27 point inspection that was done only 30 days and 36 miles prior. Told me what I already provided him with the diagnostic codes and proposed procedure. Totally unnecessary. No call back from voice msg left regarding unsatisfactory result.
The service department went out of their way to address my concern with my Envision. They found nothing wrong and didn’t invent something to make a hi*h service charge. This is one of the reasons we have bought 3 cars from Sid Dillon and trust their service department.

I was told I still had two free oil changes prior to making the appointment, and wasn't told otherwise until I received my bill. I live in Omaha and would not have come to Fremont to get the oil changed if I had known all my free ones were used up.
I have been driving for over 60 years and have worked with many dealerships. I have never been treated more fair than at Sid Dillon GMC. All were respectful of my uncommon wants and needs. I want to say while everyone was very good to me I was so appreciative of Jose and his determination to make the deal work. Salesman (Drew) was excellent! Very knowledgable and helpful. Only reason for 4 star rating is that I waited 3 hours for delivery. They would have prefered if I came back the next day but it is an hour drive and I chose to wait. Great selection! I love the truck!!!
